About the Firm
A Steady Hand for Pension Matters
Mongkol Law was built around a single idea: that people dealing with pension questions deserve clear, patient guidance — not rushed advice or confusing documents.

How Mongkol Law Came to Be
Mongkol Law was founded in Bangkok to address a straightforward gap: individuals receiving pension decisions they did not understand, with limited access to plain, honest legal guidance. The firm was established to fill that space — without the formality that makes legal consultations feel unnecessarily intimidating.
Our work focuses entirely on pension-related matters. That includes understanding what a client is entitled to, examining decisions that seem inconsistent with the applicable framework, and carrying matters through formal appeal processes when that becomes appropriate. We work at a measured pace, keep clients informed throughout, and avoid committing to a course of action until we have a clear picture of the situation.
The firm operates from Ratchadaphisek Road in Bangkok's Din Daeng district. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, and remote consultations can be arranged for clients outside the city.
Our Mission
What Guides Our Work
Clarity Before Action
We take the time to explain a client's situation fully before suggesting any steps. Understanding comes first.
Honest Assessment
If a decision appears sound, we say so. We do not push clients toward further action when the facts do not support it.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated with strict professional confidentiality. Documents are handled securely throughout.
Transparent Costs
Fees are set out before any work begins. For staged matters, costs are outlined at each new phase in advance.
Our People
The Team
Pension law requires close attention to detail and a measured approach. Our team reflects both.

Khun Nattapon

Khun Waree

Standards We Keep
Professional Protocols
Our practice is held to clear professional and ethical standards. Here is how that shapes the work we do.
Bar Association Registration
Mongkol Law is registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand and operates within its professional conduct rules.
Client Confidentiality
All client information is handled under strict professional secrecy obligations. No disclosure is made without the client's explicit agreement.
Written Engagement Terms
Before any work begins, a written summary of scope, fee, and timeline is provided. Nothing proceeds on verbal agreement alone.
Data Protection
Personal data is stored securely and handled in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Client files are not retained beyond the period required by law.
Case Quality Review
All substantive work — including briefs, correspondence, and appeal documents — is reviewed internally before being sent to a client or third party.
Clear Communication
Clients receive updates at each stage of a matter. If something changes, we communicate it promptly and in plain language.
Our Expertise
Legal Support for Pension Matters in Thailand
Pension matters in Thailand touch several different bodies of law — the Social Security Act, the Government Pension Fund regulations, and in some cases private occupational scheme rules. Getting a clear picture of which framework applies to a specific situation is the first step in any matter we take on.
Mongkol Law's work centres on individuals — not companies or institutions. When a person receives a pension decision that does not seem right, or when they want to understand what they are entitled to before making any commitments, they come to us for a straightforward explanation. We do not overstate complexity or create unnecessary steps.
Our appeal support service covers the full scope of a formal proceeding — from the initial preparation of documents through to representation at hearings. Many clients find that having a lawyer who will stay with a matter from beginning to end, keeping the costs transparent at each stage, removes a significant source of uncertainty.
Bangkok's Din Daeng area is our home office. We also work with clients across Thailand by arrangement. The firm takes a limited number of matters at any one time to ensure that each client receives proper attention.
